Arivis a Swiss Start up in the hospitality space which offers unique long-stay and short-stay experiences. It combines the convenience of a hotel with the privacy ofa residential flat and offer access to a unique community.

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS:

Aspart of our Basel or Zug team, you'll get hands-on experience with every aspect of running a modern  and innovative hospitality solution with 150 unitsin Basel and 71 in Zug. From assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and helping withour food concept to providing top-notch customerservice, you'll learn how to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

• Assistance with check-in / check-out
• Support the guests with all requests (information, services, etc.)
• Service at the bar and preparation of small community events
• Support with various administrative tasks
• Project manager of various new initiatives
• Helping us shape the future of the co-living sector with your inputs and creative ideas

WHAT WE EXPECT:

We’re looking for someone with a „host“ mentality and a customer-first attitude.

You should be:

• warm and authentic, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
• flexible and adaptable,
• fluent in English (and ideally German)
• have a ‘hands on’ attitude.
