Ariv Coliving is a Swiss Start up in the hospitality space which offers  unique long-stay and short-stay experiences. It combines the convenience of a hotel with the privacy of a residential flat and offers access to a unique community.

It is our mission to redefine coliving and to be a pioneer in this field. In order to bring this vision to life, we are looking for an ambitious, driven personality who can help us take this concept to the next level.

We currently have one coliving in Basel, with 150 units, and are busy preparing the pre-opening for our second location which is due to open at the beginning of 2024.

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS:

As part of our team, you’ll get hands-on experience with every aspect of running a modern                               and innovative hospitality concpet. From assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and helping with our food concept to providing top-notch customer service, you’ll learn how to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

• Assistance with check-in / check-out
• Support the guests with all requests (information, services, etc.)
• Service at the bar and preparation of small community events
• Support with various administrative tasks
• Project management of various new initiatives
• Helping us shape the future of the co-living sector with your inputs and creative ideas

WHAT WE EXPECT:

We’re looking for someone with a „host“ mentality and a customer-first attitude.

You should be:

• warm and authentic, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
• flexible and adaptable,
• fluent in English (and ideally German)
• have a ‘hands on’ attitude.
